Delivery, Payment and Returns

Payment is by Credit or Debit Card, via secure online payment or with Apple Pay/Google Pay depending on your device.

 

We have the ‘Stripe’ payment option. With this you can checkout using your Credit or Debit Card as well as Apple Pay or Android Pay.

Basic information about our delivery processes

  • Free postage option uses Royal Mail 2nd Class post or Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs. Delivery is 2-3 days from dispatch.
  • 1st Class post/ 24hr Tracked is an available option, price will depend upon size and weight of item. Delivery is 1-2 days from dispatch.
  • All orders are shipped within 24 hrs, please note Mounted Prints may take up to 48 hrs for printing and mounting. Christmas time, we are shipping twice a day, both morning and afternoon to speed up delivery times.

International Deliveries

All international orders placed will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked.

Our International Shipping Rates are calculated on weight and size and will be shown at check-out. Please note our rates are based on Royal Mail Tracked prices.

Larger items, such as mounted prints could be delivered by DPD international and/or their partners.

Delivery and Tracking information will be provided for all orders.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

If you change your mind or decide that you don’t like the product you’ve received, please contact us as within 30 days to let us know. You can return items to us, unused and in its original condition including any outer packaging,  and we will be happy to offer you a full refund (excluding any original delivery charges). Please ensure that you use sufficient packaging to return items to us to avoid them being damaged in transit. Over the festive Christmas period, return window is increased to 40 days, to ensure customers are happy with their purchase.

Missing and Damaged Items

You have the right to refuse to accept delivery of damaged goods. If an item does arrive damaged, please contact us on the day it is received, or as soon as possible and we will be happy to help.

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of it being dispatched, please contact us and we will track your order and, if it is deemed to be missing, we will arrange a replacement.

Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability.
