Photo Slate Snow Angel of the North. A stunning winter photograph of the Angel of the North in the snow. The tree branches on both sides of the Angel and the ground are covered in snow. Snow flakes can be seen falling, best highlighted against the dark body of the statue. The figure at the base of the Angel really helps the viewer to realise the scale of Antony Gormley’s creation. This has become an iconic part of the North East.
This is a beautiful and soft photograph, showing the Angel of the North statue. This was a cold and very wintery day, with lots of snowflakes falling. This is my favourite view of the Angel, including the tree branches on both sides. This helps to fill in and add interest to this photograph. The pale grey sky otherwise would have been very bland due to the conditions on the day. The tree branches having snow on them helps the snowy, wintery look of this photograph.
Photo Slate Snow Angel of the North. The size of the slate is approx 20x30cm. Each slate is hand finished so that sizes can vary. The edging is hand finished, so the front of every piece of slate is unique.
Our photo slates, all come with the two feet, as shown in the photograph. This is for the slate to be stood up, so that it can be displayed. Each slate comes in a gift box and is labelled.
