Christmas Bauble Newcastle Quayside & Millennium Bridge Round Plastic. Free Shipping. A round plastic Christmas Bauble with two different photographs inside of the Newcastle Quayside. One one side is a nighttime photograph of the Newcastle Gateshead Quayside and the bridges crossing the River Tyne. These include the Gateshead Millennium Bridge, the Tyne Bridge, the High Level Bridge and the oldest surviving of the river crossings, the Swing Bridge. Part of the Sage Gateshead building can be seen on the left side of the snow globe. This photograph, taken at twilight has lovely warm colours and lights. The lights from the underside of the Gateshead Millennium Bridge, are reflected below the bridge in the river. This brightens up what would be a dark part of the photograph and adds another point of interest to the picture. The sky is a deep, dark blue colour.

The photograph on the reverse side, has a close up, nighttime photograph of the Gateshead Millennium Bridge. This photograph was taken standing on the Swing Bridge. This nighttime photograph was captured whilst pink coloured lighting is been cast on the Gateshead Millennium Bridge and gives the photograph a nice warm pink colour to the picture. Some of the new quayside housing can be seen behind the Millennium Bridge. This pink lighting is reflected in the water of the River Tyne underneath the Gateshead Millennium Bridge. This is a very pretty photograph.

Christmas Bauble Newcastle Quayside & Millennium Bridge Round Plastic, the size of the bauble is 80mm wide and 80mm deep. This bauble comes with a silver topper and cord to hang the bauble. Text on the bauble reads ‘Newcastle’.
